新聞動態 電(dian)機系(xi)統節能仍是發展大趨勢

電(dian)機系(xi)統節能也(ye)是大勢所趨(qu)。為(wei)提(ti)升能效(xiao)等級(ji),工(gong)信部今年6月份公布了電(dian)機能效(xiao)提(ti)升計劃(2013-2015年),到2015年,實現電(dian)機產品升級(ji)換代,50%的(de)低(di)壓三相籠型(xing)異步電(dian)動機產品、40%的(de)高(gao)壓電(dian)動機產品達(da)到高(gao)效(xiao)電(dian)機能效(xiao)標準規(gui)范(fan);累(lei)計推(tui)廣高(gao)效(xiao)電(dian)機1.7億千(qian)瓦,淘(tao)汰(tai)在(zai)用低(di)效(xiao)電(dian)機1.6億千(qian)瓦,實施(shi)電(dian)機系(xi)統節能技改1億千(qian)瓦,實施(shi)淘(tao)汰(tai)電(dian)機高(gao)效(xiao)再制造2000萬千(qian)瓦。

  但是僅僅用(yong)高(gao)效(xiao)電(dian)機(ji)(ji)(ji)替換(huan)普通(tong)電(dian)機(ji)(ji)(ji)對整(zheng)個電(dian)機(ji)(ji)(ji)系統的(de)(de)節(jie)(jie)能(neng)效(xiao)果提升并不明(ming)顯(xian),整(zheng)個電(dian)機(ji)(ji)(ji)系統的(de)(de)節(jie)(jie)能(neng)才是真正的(de)(de)節(jie)(jie)能(neng)。因此(ci),變(bian)(bian)(bian)(bian)頻(pin)(pin)器(qi),伺服,逆變(bian)(bian)(bian)(bian)器(qi)和(he)專用(yong)電(dian)機(ji)(ji)(ji)驅(qu)動大量用(yong)在風(feng)機(ji)(ji)(ji)、泵、壓(ya)縮機(ji)(ji)(ji)、升降機(ji)(ji)(ji)、電(dian)焊機(ji)(ji)(ji)、電(dian)動車電(dian)機(ji)(ji)(ji)、空調壓(ya)縮機(ji)(ji)(ji)、洗(xi)衣機(ji)(ji)(ji)電(dian)機(ji)(ji)(ji)和(he)冰箱壓(ya)縮機(ji)(ji)(ji)中。變(bian)(bian)(bian)(bian)頻(pin)(pin)器(qi)是電(dian)機(ji)(ji)(ji)系統節(jie)(jie)能(neng)的(de)(de)主力(li),節(jie)(jie)能(neng)主要(yao)表現(xian)在風(feng)機(ji)(ji)(ji)、泵類的(de)(de)應用(yong)上,采用(yong)變(bian)(bian)(bian)(bian)頻(pin)(pin)器(qi)后(hou)(hou),可以通(tong)過降低(di)供(gong)電(dian)頻(pin)(pin)率(lv)來(lai)降低(di)泵或風(feng)機(ji)(ji)(ji)的(de)(de)轉(zhuan)速(su),隨著轉(zhuan)速(su)的(de)(de)降低(di),功率(lv)會快速(su)下降。同時變(bian)(bian)(bian)(bian)頻(pin)(pin)器(qi)通(tong)常(chang)采用(yong)交-直-交變(bian)(bian)(bian)(bian)頻(pin)(pin)供(gong)電(dian)的(de)(de)方式(shi),交流異步電(dian)機(ji)(ji)(ji)吸收滯后(hou)(hou)的(de)(de)無功功率(lv),通(tong)過變(bian)(bian)(bian)(bian)頻(pin)(pin)器(qi)供(gong)電(dian),對電(dian)網(wang)而言(yan),功率(lv)因數(shu)也有了一定提高(gao),總體(ti)上節(jie)(jie)約了一部分電(dian)網(wang)輸(shu)電(dian)過程中損耗(hao)的(de)(de)電(dian)能(neng)。

  而變(bian)頻器(qi)(qi)(qi)(qi)(qi),伺服(fu)驅動(dong),逆變(bian)器(qi)(qi)(qi)(qi)(qi)和(he)專用控制器(qi)(qi)(qi)(qi)(qi)中的(de)(de)IPM模塊(kuai),IGBT和(he)MOSFET對(dui)(dui)節能降耗起到關鍵性作用。客戶(hu)對(dui)(dui)這些功(gong)(gong)率器(qi)(qi)(qi)(qi)(qi)件(jian)(jian)(jian)(jian)要(yao)(yao)求(qiu)也越(yue)來越(yue)多,比如要(yao)(yao)求(qiu)更(geng)低的(de)(de)產品(pin)成本、更(geng)緊湊的(de)(de)封裝尺寸、更(geng)好(hao)的(de)(de)散熱性能,對(dui)(dui)功(gong)(gong)率器(qi)(qi)(qi)(qi)(qi)件(jian)(jian)(jian)(jian)的(de)(de)多樣化也提出(chu)要(yao)(yao)求(qiu),比如低功(gong)(gong)耗器(qi)(qi)(qi)(qi)(qi)件(jian)(jian)(jian)(jian)、緊湊設計的(de)(de)大(da)功(gong)(gong)率器(qi)(qi)(qi)(qi)(qi)件(jian)(jian)(jian)(jian)、低壓大(da)功(gong)(gong)率器(qi)(qi)(qi)(qi)(qi)件(jian)(jian)(jian)(jian)、大(da)電流高電壓器(qi)(qi)(qi)(qi)(qi)件(jian)(jian)(jian)(jian)等等。
