新聞動態 增安(an)型防爆電機防電暈絕緣結構探討

高壓電(dian)(dian)(dian)(dian)機定子(zi)繞組(zu)在通風槽(cao)口及直線(xian)(xian)出(chu)槽(cao)口處及繞組(zu)端部(bu)(bu)等處電(dian)(dian)(dian)(dian)場集中,當(dang)局部(bu)(bu)場強達到一定數(shu)值(zhi)時,氣體(ti)發生局部(bu)(bu)電(dian)(dian)(dian)(dian)離,在電(dian)(dian)(dian)(dian)離處出(chu)現藍(lan)色熒光,這(zhe)就(jiu)是電(dian)(dian)(dian)(dian)暈現象。電(dian)(dian)(dian)(dian)暈產生熱效應(ying)和臭氧及氮氧化物(wu),使(shi)線(xian)(xian)圈(quan)內局部(bu)(bu)溫(wen)度升(sheng)高,導致膠粘劑變(bian)質、碳化,股線(xian)(xian)絕緣和云母帶變(bian)白,進而使(shi)線(xian)(xian)圈(quan)松散(san)、短路,絕緣老化。這(zhe)些對電(dian)(dian)(dian)(dian)機絕緣都是極其有害的(de)(de)。另外由(you)于熱固性,絕緣表面與定子(zi)槽(cao)內壁接觸(chu)不良或(huo)不穩(wen)定時,在電(dian)(dian)(dian)(dian)磁振動的(de)(de)作用下將引起槽(cao)內間隙(xi)火花(hua)放電(dian)(dian)(dian)(dian)。這(zhe)種火花(hua)放電(dian)(dian)(dian)(dian)造成的(de)(de)局部(bu)(bu)溫(wen)升(sheng)將使(shi)絕緣表面受到嚴重侵蝕(shi)。

  這切(qie)都將對電(dian)機(ji)絕緣造成(cheng)極(ji)大的損害。電(dian)暈(yun)發生,除了有暈(yun)光,還有吱吱的放電(dian)聲音(yin)。電(dian)暈(yun)電(dian)流是(shi)一個斷(duan)斷(duan)續續的高頻脈沖電(dian)流,引起有功損耗和(he)無線(xian)電(dian)通信干擾,產生臭(chou)氧(yang)和(he)氮氧(yang)化(hua)物污染環境。

  為了有效地(di)消除這種電暈(yun)現象,正確地(di)確定防(fang)暈(yun)結構(gou)及選用良好(hao)的防(fang)暈(yun)材料是十分重要(yao)的。

  針對增(zeng)安型(xing)防爆(bao)電機(ji)(ji)的上述電暈要(yao)求,提出了兩(liang)套(tao)方(fang)(fang)案一(yi)等電位絕緣結(jie)構方(fang)(fang)案和(he)大間(jian)隙絕緣結(jie)構方(fang)(fang)案。分別(bie)用樣機(ji)(ji)進行(xing)了試(shi)制(zhi)和(he)試(shi)驗分析,以(yi)驗證方(fang)(fang)案的可(ke)行(xing)性。下面結(jie)合兩(liang)套(tao)方(fang)(fang)案機(ji)(ji)試(shi)制(zhi)和(he)試(shi)驗情況展開討論。

  1等電位(wei)絕緣結構方案概述將線圈(quan)的直(zhi)線部(bu)分、端部(bu)及引線頭(tou)部(bu)均用低阻帶包扎,電纜(lan)線進(jin)行防暈處理。線圈(quan)各部(bu)位(wei)表面等同(tong)(tong)于同(tong)(tong)定子鐵心直(zhi)接連接,電位(wei)均為零電位(wei)接地。

  線圈之間不(bu)存在電位差(cha),從而防止電暈的產生。

  該方(fang)案優(you)點(dian)是定子(zi)線(xian)圈間(jian)距離(端部間(jian)隙(xi))不用刻意(yi)放大(da)。電(dian)(dian)機(ji)(ji)的設計(ji)可按(an)常規電(dian)(dian)機(ji)(ji)來進行。電(dian)(dian)機(ji)(ji)制造完(wan)成后(hou)的后(hou)續(xu)電(dian)(dian)暈(yun)處理簡單,只需對起暈(yun)點(dian)涂刷(shua)低(di)阻漆處理即可。缺(que)點(dian)是整(zheng)臺電(dian)(dian)機(ji)(ji)線(xian)圈表(biao)面(mian)(mian)均涂覆有(you)低(di)阻材(cai)料,所有(you)線(xian)圈表(biao)面(mian)(mian)均需按(an)對地絕(jue)緣(yuan)進行考(kao)核。這對電(dian)(dian)機(ji)(ji)整(zheng)機(ji)(ji)耐壓試驗是個考(kao)驗,且電(dian)(dian)機(ji)(ji)的整(zheng)機(ji)(ji)效率、溫升等性能影(ying)響也還有(you)待驗證。
