   影(ying)響(xiang)防爆電(dian)(dian)(dian)(dian)機起動(dong)(dong)電(dian)(dian)(dian)(dian)流(liu)(liu)(liu)(liu)過(guo)大的(de)(de)主要原因,提出(chu)了增加(jia)定子線圈匝(za)數來增大短路阻(zu)抗(kang)的(de)(de)措施。問題的(de)(de)引入(ru)三相異步(bu)電(dian)(dian)(dian)(dian)動(dong)(dong)機的(de)(de)起動(dong)(dong)電(dian)(dian)(dian)(dian)流(liu)(liu)(liu)(liu),通常是額(e)定電(dian)(dian)(dian)(dian)流(liu)(liu)(liu)(liu)的(de)(de)4~7倍,也就是說(shuo),防爆電(dian)(dian)(dian)(dian)機的(de)(de)起動(dong)(dong)電(dian)(dian)(dian)(dian)流(liu)(liu)(liu)(liu)和額(e)定電(dian)(dian)(dian)(dian)流(liu)(liu)(liu)(liu)相比,已經(jing)足夠大。那么(me),會不會出(chu)現(xian)三相異步(bu)電(dian)(dian)(dian)(dian)動(dong)(dong)機起動(dong)(dong)電(dian)(dian)(dian)(dian)流(liu)(liu)(liu)(liu)過(guo)大的(de)(de)故障現(xian)象,某一型(xing)號(hao)電(dian)(dian)(dian)(dian)機,由(you)于起動(dong)(dong)電(dian)(dian)(dian)(dian)流(liu)(liu)(liu)(liu)過(guo)大而被使用廠(chang)家退回。原因是起動(dong)(dong)過(guo)程中,總會使保(bao)護裝置斷路器(qi)跳閘(zha)而無法起動(dong)(dong)。


    經分析,主要是因斷路器的整定電流小于電動機的起動電流所致。由于在選用斷路器時,斷路器的整定電流沒能躲過電路中的尖峰電流,即三相異步電動機的起動電流。可改換整定電流大一點的斷路器。

    同一型(xing)號(hao)的(de)(de)斷路(lu)(lu)(lu)(lu)器在起(qi)(qi)(qi)(qi)動(dong)其他型(xing)號(hao)同功率(lv)或更(geng)大(da)功率(lv)的(de)(de)電(dian)(dian)(dian)(dian)機時并不(bu)跳(tiao)閘。這就說(shuo)明造成斷路(lu)(lu)(lu)(lu)器跳(tiao)閘的(de)(de)原因不(bu)是(shi)斷路(lu)(lu)(lu)(lu)器的(de)(de)整定電(dian)(dian)(dian)(dian)流(liu)太小,而是(shi)電(dian)(dian)(dian)(dian)動(dong)機的(de)(de)起(qi)(qi)(qi)(qi)動(dong)電(dian)(dian)(dian)(dian)流(liu)過大(da)。增(zeng)加定子(zi)線(xian)圈的(de)(de)匝數,相當(dang)于在定子(zi)中串電(dian)(dian)(dian)(dian)抗起(qi)(qi)(qi)(qi)動(dong),可有效地(di)減小起(qi)(qi)(qi)(qi)動(dong)電(dian)(dian)(dian)(dian)流(liu)。同時,其過載能(neng)力(li)和起(qi)(qi)(qi)(qi)動(dong)能(neng)力(li)有所下降。所以需要通過試(shi)驗來(lai)確(que)定經(jing)改進后的(de)(de)電(dian)(dian)(dian)(dian)動(dong)機其有關(guan)參數是(shi)否合(he)(he)適(shi)。本次試(shi)驗主要以確(que)定起(qi)(qi)(qi)(qi)動(dong)電(dian)(dian)(dian)(dian)流(liu)是(shi)否合(he)(he)適(shi)、過載能(neng)力(li)和起(qi)(qi)(qi)(qi)動(dong)能(neng)力(li)是(shi)否夠用(yong),所以主要進行了堵(du)(du)轉(zhuan)試(shi)驗和負載試(shi)驗。在堵(du)(du)轉(zhuan)試(shi)驗中,短(duan)路(lu)(lu)(lu)(lu)電(dian)(dian)(dian)(dian)流(liu)在1~3倍(bei)的(de)(de)額(e)定電(dian)(dian)(dian)(dian)流(liu)之(zhi)間取(qu)值。主要測了各相的(de)(de)短(duan)路(lu)(lu)(lu)(lu)電(dian)(dian)(dian)(dian)壓、短(duan)路(lu)(lu)(lu)(lu)電(dian)(dian)(dian)(dian)流(liu)和短(duan)路(lu)(lu)(lu)(lu)轉(zhuan)矩,從而確(que)定在額(e)定電(dian)(dian)(dian)(dian)壓時的(de)(de)起(qi)(qi)(qi)(qi)動(dong)電(dian)(dian)(dian)(dian)流(liu)和起(qi)(qi)(qi)(qi)動(dong)轉(zhuan)矩。
